Steel out, carbon in.
The factory steel bonnet on the 70 Series does the job, but it carries weight it doesn't need to. The Urnieta carbon bonnet kit swaps it out for a hand-laid full carbon panel, trimming mass from the nose of the 4WD in a way you can actually feel.
Each panel is finished in the Urnieta workshop in small batches, with the carbon weave left visible under the clear coat. You choose gloss or matte at the time of order. The bonnet line is developed specifically for the 2007 to 2023 70 Series body, so the panel sits flush with the original guards and grille without any fettling or body work.
Because it uses the factory hinges, latch and bonnet stays, the swap is straightforward. No drilling, no modifications, no trips to a panel shop.

HAND-LAID CARBON
Each panel is hand-laid in the Urnieta workshop, not pressed or vacuum-infused in bulk. Small batch production means consistent quality across every piece.
GLOSS OR MATTE FINISH
Choose a gloss or matte clear coat over the carbon weave at the time of order. Both finishes show the full weave detail through the clear.
BOLT-ON FITMENT
Uses the factory 70 Series hinges, latch and bonnet stays. No body modifications, no drilling and no panel shop visit required.

REMOVE FACTORY BONNET
With a second person holding the panel, unbolt the factory bonnet from the hinges and set aside. Disconnect any washer nozzle lines if fitted.
TRANSFER HARDWARE
Move the factory latch, latch cable and any washer nozzle hardware from the steel bonnet to the carbon panel as required.
FIT AND ALIGN
Offer the carbon panel up to the factory hinges and secure loosely. Adjust the panel position so it sits flush with the guards and grille before fully torquing the hinge bolts.
