Serious output, serious value.
Baja Designs built the XL Sport around its trademarked high-speed spot reflectors, paired with next-generation LED technology for a longer, wider beam without a top-tier race light price tag. You get a compact auxiliary pod that punches well above its weight on the trail.
The Driving Combo pattern covers multiple lighting zones at once. It blends driving and spot optics to fill the near and mid field while still reaching zone 3, so you get smooth, usable light across the scene instead of a single hotspot. The amber lens cuts through dust, rain and fog better than a clear lens, which makes it a strong pick for Australian outback and bush conditions.
Every XL Sport pod is sealed to MoistureBlock standard, so it's waterproof, rainproof and fully submersible. CopperDrive technology runs the LEDs at 100 per cent of their rated current for consistent output, and uService replaceable lenses and optics let you refresh or reconfigure the light down the track without replacing the whole unit.
Built-in Baja Designs technology.
HIGH-SPEED REFLECTORS
Baja Designs' trademarked high-speed spot reflectors shape a longer, wider beam pattern for maximum trail coverage from a compact pod.
COPPERDRIVE LED DRIVE
CopperDrive technology safely runs the LEDs at 100 per cent of rated current, for consistent, full-brightness output on every run.
MOISTUREBLOCK SEALING
Fully waterproof, rainproof and submersible construction keeps the optics clear and the electronics protected in creek crossings and heavy downpours.
Installation overview.
CHOOSE YOUR MOUNT LOCATION
Pick a solid mounting point on a bull bar, roof rack, A-pillar bracket or roll cage. Make sure the pods have a clear line of sight to the road or trail ahead.
FIT THE MOUNTING HARDWARE
Use the supplied hardware to secure each pod bracket. Adjust the vertical aim before you fully tighten it, so you can fine-tune beam direction easily.
RUN THE WIRING HARNESS
Route the included harness from the pods back through the firewall or along the chassis to your fuse box or auxiliary switch panel. Keep the wiring clear of heat sources and moving parts.
CONNECT AND TEST
Connect the harness to your power source, switch the lights on and check the beam aim. Adjust the pod angle as needed for the best coverage of your lighting zones.
