The 80 and 105 Series LandCruiser steering column was never built to take a modern Toyota wheel without an adaptor. Rather than cutting corners with a generic fitment kit, PVS Automotive designed this boss kit specifically for these vehicles, so your wheel sits exactly where it should with no modification to the column.
The pre-soldered horn cable removes the fiddly wiring work that trips people up on generic kits. Plug it in, bolt it up, and the horn works first time. All mounting hardware is in the box, so you're not chasing M6 bolts at the hardware store on a Sunday morning.
This kit is designed for use with PVS Automotive's ADR-compliant steering wheels from the 200 Series, 300 Series and N80 Hilux upgrade kits. If you're fitting a third-party wheel, we can't provide support. GXL variants of the 105 Series don't need this kit.

DIRECT COLUMN FIT
Engineered specifically for the N60, 80 Series and base model 105 Series LandCruiser steering column. Bolts straight on with no drilling, cutting or column modification.
PRE-SOLDERED HORN CABLE
The horn connection comes pre-soldered and ready to plug in. No extra wiring or soldering, so your horn works from the moment you finish the install.

DISCONNECT BATTERY
Disconnect the negative battery terminal and wait at least 10 minutes before touching any steering column components.
REMOVE FACTORY WHEEL
Remove the factory steering wheel using the appropriate puller tool. Set aside the column covers carefully for reuse.
FIT THE BOSS KIT
Align the boss kit onto the steering column spline and secure it with the supplied M6 bolts using the included Allen key.
CONNECT HORN CABLE
Plug the pre-soldered horn cable into the matching connector on the column. No soldering or extra wiring needed.
MOUNT THE NEW WHEEL
Attach your PVS ADR-compliant steering wheel to the boss kit and torque the fasteners to the wheel manufacturer's specification.
Before the wheel comes off: set the road wheels dead ahead and never turn the clock spring while the wheel is off the column. An over-rotated clock spring breaks the horn, cruise and airbag circuits, and it's a four figure repair at Toyota. Read the clock spring guide before you start.
