Installation overview.
SELECT YOUR LOCATION
Choose a flush mount position on your bull bar, bumper or panel. The 3" housing suits tight spaces where a surface-mount pod won't sit cleanly.
MOUNT THE HOUSING
Secure the flush mount housing with the supplied hardware, making sure the pod face sits flush and level with the surrounding surface.
WIRE TO A SWITCHED CIRCUIT
Run wiring from the pod back to a relay or switch panel. Baja Designs recommends a dedicated relay and appropriate fusing for each pod.
AIM AND TEST
Power up and adjust aim as needed. The uService optic system means you can change the beam pattern later if your needs change.
