Design Notes

Big light output, small package.

The S1 was built from the ground up to out-throw lights far bigger than itself. A specialised reflector and LED pairing push more usable light onto the road or the worksite than you'd expect from a 2.1-inch pod.

The mounting is what separates the S1 Flush Mount from a conventional pod. One 2.5-inch hole saw gives you a clean flush opening, so your build looks factory with no brackets or backing plates to work around.

Pick Spot, Wide Cornering or Work/Scene. You can carve up a dark two-track with one, or flood a campsite with daylight-balanced light that's easy on your eyes.

Installation overview.

You can fit the S1 Flush Mount yourself. Work through these steps for a clean result.
Basic tools required. No special brackets needed.

CHOOSE YOUR LOCATION

Pick a flat or gently curved panel with enough clearance behind it for the S1 body and the wiring.

CUT THE HOLE

Cut one clean aperture at your mark with a 2.5-inch hole saw. Deburr it and clean up any sharp edges.

03

FIT THE S1

Drop the S1 pod into the hole and secure it with the included hardware. The flush design sits neatly in the panel surface.

04

WIRE AND TEST

Connect the harness to a suitable power source, check your polarity, then test the light before you finish the cable routing or put the trim back.
