CHOOSE YOUR POSITION
Pick a spot on your bull bar, windshield frame or roof rack that takes the 40-inch span and gives the beam a clear path forward.
FIT THE BRACKETS
Bolt the included hardware to that position. Line the arc of the bar up with the curve of your mounting surface so it finishes flush.
CONNECT THE HARNESS
Wire the bar with a compatible Baja Designs harness (PN:640119, Hi-Power w/ Mode Switch, 2-light max). It isn't included, so you'll need to order it separately.
AIM AND SECURE
With the harness connected and power confirmed, set the vertical aim before you fully tighten the mounting hardware.
