OnX6+ Arc LED Light Bar 40 inch clear driving combo
Most light bars sit flat against a curved bull bar and look bolted on. The OnX6+ Arc is arched to follow the contour of your bumper or windshield, with high-speed spot reflectors and next-generation LEDs behind the clear lens.

Why the Arc Series raises the bar.
Traditional LED light bars are built flat. The OnX6+ Arc Series isn't. The gently arched profile follows the natural curve of a bull bar or windshield surround, so it sits flush and looks factory-fitted instead of bolted on as an afterthought.
Behind the lens, Baja Designs has moved to next-generation LEDs that throw 37 per cent further than the previous generation. They run at 5000K, close to natural daylight, so you pick up the trail sooner and your eyes stay fresher on long nights in the scrub.
High-speed spot reflectors push light further down the road, and the ClearView optic system puts it where you need it. CopperDrive safely drives the LEDs at 100 per cent output. MoistureBlock sealing makes the bar fully waterproof and submersible. Every bar carries a 30-day money-back guarantee and a limited lifetime warranty.
Built for the long haul.
CLEARVIEW OPTICS
Precision-engineered optics aim all the available light where you need it, so you get usable output instead of scatter.
COPPERDRIVE TECHNOLOGY
Safely drives the LEDs at 100% rated output, so the bar holds its performance across its life.
MOISTUREBLOCK SEALING
Fully waterproof, rain-proof and submersible, so water and dust stay out no matter what the track throws at it.
Installation overview.
MOUNT THE BAR
Fit the Arc Series bar to your bull bar, roof rack or windshield surround with the supplied mounting hardware. The arched profile follows common bumper curves.
RUN YOUR WIRING
Buy wiring harness PN 640119 (Hi-Power w/Mode Switch, 2-light max) separately. Route it from the bar to your battery and your cabin switch, following factory loom paths where you can.
CONNECT AND TEST
Connect the harness to the bar and the battery, then test the light for full output before you seal any cable entry points.
