Your Aero Series gear knob comes with the adaptor it needs. This is the spare, for when the original goes missing or the thread gets stripped.

M12 x 1.25mm suits the Toyota LandCruiser 70, 80 and 100 Series and the Hilux N70. Manual transmission only.
