Register Your Steering Wheel

Quick answer

Register the wheel against your order and we record who owns it, when it arrived and what it's fitted to. Use the button at the bottom of this page. You need your order number and the date it arrived.

What registering does, and what it doesn't do

Registering records your ownership against the order. It's how we reach you about your wheel, and it's what we check first if you ever make a claim.

It doesn't change the cover you already have, and you don't need it to make a warranty claim. Your cover today is on our warranty page: the steering wheel core and the wireless module electronics are covered for life, and the leather, carbon and fabric are covered for 12 months.

We're finalising a longer cover period for registered owners. When it's confirmed we'll write to everyone who has registered, which is the main reason to do it now.

Before you start

  • Your order number, in the form #27358.
  • The date the wheel arrived.
  • The vehicle it's fitted to, including the year.

How to register

  1. Find your order number

It's on your order confirmation email, and on the invoice in the box. It looks like #27358. If you can't find it, search your inbox for "PVS Automotive order".

  2. Open the registration form

Use the button at the bottom of this page. It's a short form, not a support ticket.

  3. Tell us four things

Your order number, the date it arrived, the vehicle it's fitted to, and which wheel you bought. That's everything we need.

  4. We confirm it in writing

You get a reply with your registration recorded against the order. Keep it. That reply is what you quote if you ever need to claim.

If it does not work

  • No order number? Send us the email address you ordered with and we'll find it.
  • Bought through a fitter or a reseller? Register with their invoice and tell us who fitted it.
  • Wheel arrived damaged or faulty? Don't register first. Open a ticket and say what is wrong. That's a warranty claim and it goes down a different path.

Worth knowing

Registering is free and always will be.

Our warranty sits beside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and does not replace them.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Register your wheel

Order number, the date it arrived and the vehicle it's fitted to. That's the whole form.
