Installation overview.
SELECT YOUR HARNESS
Choose harness 640122 for On/Off with backlight mode switching, or harness 640115 for a simple On/Off 3-pin setup (suitable for 10 to 30 inch bars only). The 50-inch S8 requires harness 640122.
MOUNT THE BAR
Secure the S8 to your chosen mounting location using the bar's integrated mounting points. Ensure the mount is rated for the bar's length and positioned to deliver an unobstructed beam.
WIRE AND TEST
Connect the harness to the vehicle's power supply and the switch to your dash or switch panel. Test both the main drive beam and the amber backlight mode before heading out.
