The S8 packs eight high-performance LEDs into every 10-inch section, scaling all the way from 10 inches up to this full 50-inch bar. The wide-cornering beam pattern throws light broadly across the landscape, making it ideal for technical off-road driving where side visibility is just as important as what's directly ahead.
The amber backlight is more than a style feature. It adds a secondary low-intensity running light that complements your vehicle's presence on the trail and doubles as a handy marker for other drivers. Running at 5000K daylight colour temperature, the main beam reduces driver fatigue and renders the terrain in natural colour so you can read the ground accurately at speed.

Lenses and optics are user-serviceable through the uService programme, and MoistureBlock construction means the bar is fully waterproof and submersible. Note that a wiring harness is not included, order p/n 640122 for on/off control with a backlight mode switch, or 640115 for a simple on/off single-bar setup.

Installation overview.
SELECT HARNESS
Order harness p/n 640122 (on/off with backlight mode switch) or 640115 (on/off, single bar, 10 to 30 inch) before installation. The bar ships without a harness.
CHOOSE MOUNT POSITION
Determine your mounting location: roof rack, bull bar top, or a dedicated roof/bonnet bracket. Ensure the chosen position gives the wide-cornering beam an unobstructed forward and lateral sweep.
SECURE THE BAR
Bolt the S8 to your chosen brackets using appropriate hardware. Adjust aim so the main beam is level with or slightly below the horizontal plane to avoid blinding oncoming traffic.
WIRE AND TEST
Connect the harness to the bar's 3-pin connector and run wiring to your switch and power source per the harness instructions. Test both the main beam and amber backlight modes before heading out.
