CHOOSE YOUR HARNESS
Select harness 640122 if you want On/Off control with a backlight mode switch, or harness 640115 for a standard On/Off 3-pin setup (suits bars up to 30 inch). Order the harness alongside the bar.
CHOOSE YOUR MOUNT LOCATION
Common locations include the roof rack front rail, bull bar top mount, or below-bumper hidden mount. Ensure the mounting surface is flat, solid and positioned to avoid beam obstruction from the bonnet or body panels.
FIT THE BAR
Secure the S8 using the supplied mounting hardware. Adjust the tilt angle before fully torquing fasteners, aiming the beam pattern to suit your primary use, whether that is long-range spot or wide driving coverage.
WIRE AND TEST
Connect the harness to the bar and route wiring away from heat sources and moving parts. Test all functions including the amber backlight mode before heading out.
