SELECT A HARNESS
This light bar does not include a harness. Choose harness 640122 for On/Off with backlight mode switching, or 640115 for a standard On/Off 3-pin setup suited to 10 to 30 inch bars. Confirm the correct option for your 40-inch bar with your Baja Designs supplier.
MOUNT THE BAR
Secure the S8 to your chosen mounting point using appropriate brackets for your vehicle. Ensure the bar is level and positioned to clear the bonnet line and any aerial or aerial mount.
ROUTE WIRING
Route the harness loom through the firewall or along the body to the switch position. Secure all cabling away from heat sources and moving components.
CONNECT AND TEST
Connect the harness to the light bar and to a switched power source. Test both the main beam and amber backlight functions before finalising the installation.
