The S8 series was engineered by Baja Designs to pack serious lighting performance into a slim, clean-looking bar. Eight LEDs per 10-inch section, paired with high-performance reflectors, produce a wide cornering beam that pushes light broadly across the road or trail ahead, giving you full visibility into bends and at low-speed obstacles where a narrow spot beam simply falls short.
The clear wide cornering optic is purpose-built for situations where spread matters more than distance. Whether you are navigating tight bush tracks, rocky switchbacks or dusty station roads, this beam pattern keeps the flanks of your path well lit so surprises stay visible. The amber backlight adds a distinctive look and a practical low-glare running light in a single unit.
Baja Designs backs the S8 with a 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee and a Limited Lifetime Warranty, plus their uService programme which allows lenses and optics to be replaced in the field. Note that a wiring harness is sold separately. Use part 640122 for On/Off with backlight mode switching, or part 640115 for a straightforward On/Off single-light setup.

SELECT YOUR HARNESS
Order harness 640122 if you want On/Off switching with a backlight mode control, or 640115 for a simple On/Off single-light harness suited to 10 to 30 inch bars.
CHOOSE YOUR MOUNT POSITION
Identify your mounting location, whether that is a bull bar channel, roof rack crossbar or dedicated light bracket, and confirm the bar fits your chosen span before drilling or clamping.
FIT AND WIRE
Secure the bar using the supplied mounting hardware, route your chosen harness to a switched 12V source and connect according to the harness instructions. Test the main beam and backlight functions before hitting the track.
