The S8 is Baja Designs' answer to drivers who want a slim profile without sacrificing output. Eight high-performance LEDs per 10-inch section, each driven at 100 percent via CopperDrive technology, means no compromises in a compact form factor. The 30-inch bar starts at 6,324 lumens per section and pushes a clear driving combo beam that spreads light exactly where it counts on road and trail.
The amber backlight sets the S8 apart from a crowded field. Whether you want a running light presence or a mood on the campsite, the backlight adds genuine utility. MoistureBlock sealing means the bar is fully waterproof and submersible, so creek crossings and downpours are not a concern. Replaceable lenses and optics through the uService programme mean this bar is built to be maintained, not discarded.
At 5000K daylight colour temperature, the S8 reduces driver fatigue on long nights by rendering the track in natural colour rather than the blue-white wash of cheaper alternatives. ClearView optics channel output precisely into the beam pattern you select, so light reaches the road, not the sky.

SELECT YOUR HARNESS
Order harness 640122 (on/off with backlight mode switch) or 640115 (on/off 3-pin for one light, 10" to 30") before installation.
MOUNT THE BAR
Secure the S8 to your chosen roof rack, bull bar or mounting bracket using appropriate hardware for your vehicle. The slim profile suits a wide range of mounting positions.
CONNECT THE HARNESS
Route the harness to your battery and cabin switch point. The 3-pin connector accommodates both main beam and backlight functions when using the 640122 harness.
TEST AND ADJUST
Power on and verify both the main LED output and the amber backlight are functioning. Adjust the bar angle before fully tightening mounting hardware.
