CHOOSE YOUR MOUNT POSITION
Bull bars, roof racks and bonnet-top mounts are all common locations for a 20-inch bar. Select a position that keeps the beam unobstructed and avoids glare back into the cabin.
FIT THE MOUNTING BRACKETS
Use the supplied brackets to secure the bar to your chosen mounting point. Ensure all fasteners are torqued firmly to handle off-road vibration over time.
WIRE TO A SWITCHED POWER SOURCE
Run the wiring harness to a suitable fused, switched 12V source. A relay-based harness is strongly recommended to protect the bar and your vehicle's electrical system.
AIM AND SECURE
Adjust the bar's aim angle before fully locking down the mounting hardware. A focused spot beam should be directed well down the road or track, not toward oncoming traffic.
