CHOOSE YOUR MOUNT POSITION
Select a mounting point on your bull bar, bumper cradle or roof rack that gives a clear forward throw without the beam clipping your bonnet or rack rails.
SECURE THE BRACKETS
Use the supplied mounting hardware to attach the bar firmly. Check that all fasteners are torqued correctly to handle vibration on corrugated tracks.
RUN YOUR WIRING
Route a relay-switched harness from the battery to the bar, keeping the loom away from exhaust components and sharp edges. A dedicated relay and fuse protects both the bar and your vehicle's electrical system.
ADJUST THE AIM
Before tightening the pivot bolts fully, aim the bar on a flat surface at night so the centre of the beam sits just below the horizon, avoiding dazzle for oncoming drivers.
