CHOOSE YOUR POSITION
Identify a mounting location with a clear forward sightline and sufficient clearance. Common positions include the top tube of a bull bar, the leading edge of a roof rack, or a dedicated light bar bracket on the bonnet.
FIT THE BRACKETS
Use appropriate Baja Designs or aftermarket mounting brackets suited to your chosen location. Ensure the bar sits level and the beam angle can be adjusted to suit your driving position.
WIRE TO A RELAY OR HARNESS
Route wiring away from heat sources and moving parts. Connect through a correctly rated relay and fuse using a dedicated wiring harness. Do not tap directly into existing circuits without confirming adequate current capacity.
AIM AND SECURE
With the vehicle on level ground, adjust beam angle before fully tightening mounting hardware. Confirm the spread lights the area immediately in front of and to the sides of the vehicle without causing glare into oncoming traffic.
