Baja Designs engineered the S8 around a tight eight-LED-per-section layout, keeping the profile low and the mounting footprint small without compromising on light quality. High-performance reflectors push 6,324 lumens out of the 10-inch section, with a 5000K daylight colour temperature that reduces driver fatigue and keeps colours looking natural on the trail.
The integrated amber backlight sets the S8 apart from a plain work light. Paired with the optional 640122 harness, you can switch between the main beam and the backlight independently, giving the bar a dual personality for both hard-working illumination and ambient trail presence. Three beam options are available in the 10-inch clear lens: Driving Combo, Spot, and Wide Cornering, so you can match the bar to how you actually use your vehicle.
Every S8 is built with CopperDrive technology, meaning each LED runs at 100 percent of its rated drive current for consistent, reliable output. MoistureBlock construction makes the housing waterproof, rainproof and submersible, while the uService programme means lenses and optics are individually replaceable if you ever need them.

Every LED in the S8 is driven at 100 percent of its rated current via Baja Designs' CopperDrive system, ensuring full, consistent output rather than the dimmed performance common in lesser bars.

SELECT YOUR HARNESS
Order harness 640122 if you want independent On/Off control with a mode switch for the amber backlight, or harness 640115 (On/Off 3-pin) for a straightforward single-light setup on a 10 to 30-inch bar.
CHOOSE YOUR BEAM
The 10-inch clear lens is available in Driving Combo, Spot, or Wide Cornering. Select the beam pattern before ordering based on your primary use: long-range spotting, broad scene illumination, or a balanced driving combo.
MOUNT THE BAR
Use the bar's standard mounting points to position it on your bull bar, roof rack or A-pillar bracket. Route the harness back to the cabin switch and connect to a suitable fused power source.
