Installation overview.
SELECT YOUR HARNESS
Choose harness 640122 if you want an On/Off switch with a dedicated backlight mode switch, or 640115 for a simple On/Off 3-pin harness suited to a single light in the 10"-30" range. Purchase separately before starting the install.
CHOOSE YOUR MOUNT POSITION
Determine your mounting location, whether that is a roof rack, bull bar, A-pillar bracket or under-bumper position, and ensure the chosen spot gives you a clear, unobstructed beam path.
MOUNT AND WIRE
Secure the S8 using the supplied mounting hardware, route the harness to your switch and power source following the harness instructions, then connect and test both the main beam and the amber backlight.
