Installation overview.
MOUNT THE BAR
Attach the included mounting brackets to your bull bar, roof rack or chassis mount point. The brackets suit most common mounting applications.
ADJUST BEAM ANGLE
Before locking off, set the vertical beam angle to suit your mounting height. Lock the adjustment in place once the beam pattern is positioned correctly.
CONNECT WIRING
Run your wiring harness (part 640119, sold separately) from the light bar to your power source. Follow the harness instructions for relay and fuse placement.
TEST AND FINALISE
Power on and verify beam pattern and alignment. Make any final vertical adjustments, then torque all hardware to spec and secure wiring away from heat and moving parts.
