The exclusive MoistureBlock technology keeps the unit waterproof, rain proof and submersible, while the mil-spec aluminium housing is designed to absorb the punishment that serious off-roaders dish out.
Baja Designs' uService technology lets you customise your beam pattern or replace damaged lenses without voiding the warranty. Every LED is driven at 100 percent via CopperDrive, and the 5000K daylight output reduces driver fatigue with a natural colour rendering. Installation overview.
CHOOSE YOUR MOUNT POSITION
Select a solid mounting point on the bull bar, roof rack or bumper. The included brackets suit most common applications.
FIT THE BRACKETS
Bolt the supplied mounting brackets to the bar and to your chosen mount point, leaving fasteners slightly loose to allow beam angle adjustment.
ADJUST THE BEAM ANGLE
With the light powered up, adjust the vertical tilt to place the Drive Combo beam pattern where it works best in front of your vehicle, then lock the fasteners to the specified torque.
CONNECT THE WIRING HARNESS
Route and connect the separately purchased OnX6+ wiring harness (part 640115 for 10 to 20 inch bars) to the bar's connector and your vehicle's power supply, following the harness instructions.
