Built for the long haul.
Baja Designs engineered the OnX6 series for riders and drivers who demand professional-grade lighting without compromise. The 40-inch straight bar packs a Drive Combo beam pattern that blends focused distance reach with enough spread to keep the edges of the track lit up when it counts.
Dual control means you are not locked into running the full bar at once. Switch between sections to manage power draw, reduce glare on other road users, or tailor your light output to the terrain ahead. It is the kind of practical flexibility that makes a real difference on long touring trips or technical off-road runs.
As a flagship Baja Designs product, the OnX6 is built to the same standards trusted by off-road race teams worldwide. Whether you are mounting it to a bull bar, roof rack or custom bracket, this bar is ready to perform night after night.
OnX6 features worth knowing.
DRIVE COMBO BEAM
The Drive Combo pattern combines a tight driving beam with wider spread coverage, giving you both distance and peripheral light in a single bar.
DUAL CONTROL
Two independently switched zones let you run part or all of the bar depending on conditions, improving versatility and helping manage power consumption on the trail.
40-INCH STRAIGHT BAR
The straight profile mounts flat and low on bull bars, roof racks or custom mounting plates, keeping a clean look while maximising forward light output.
Installation overview.
CHOOSE YOUR MOUNT LOCATION
Common positions include the front bull bar, roof rack leading edge or a custom fabricated bracket. Ensure the chosen location provides a clear, unobstructed beam path.
SECURE THE BAR
Use the supplied mounting hardware to fix the bar firmly to your chosen surface. Check that all fasteners are torqued correctly to handle vibration on rough terrain.
WIRE TO DUAL CONTROL SWITCH
Connect the two control circuits to separate switches or a dual-channel harness so each zone of the bar can be operated independently as intended.
AIM AND TEST
With the vehicle on level ground, adjust the bar angle to direct the beam pattern where it is most effective, then test both control zones before heading out.
