MOISTUREBLOCK

CHOOSE YOUR MOUNT LOCATION
Select a mounting position on the bull bar, roof rack or bumper. The OnX6+ brackets suit most common applications. Confirm there is sufficient clearance for the 30-inch bar before drilling.
SET VERTICAL ANGLE
Before final tightening, adjust the vertical tilt of the bar to achieve the desired beam angle for your mount height. Lock the adjustment hardware firmly in place.
WIRE WITH CORRECT HARNESS
The OnX6+ does not include a wiring harness. Order Baja Designs part 640119 (suits 30 to 50 in. bars). Connect the harness to your vehicle's power supply following the harness instructions and ensure all connections are sealed.
FINAL CHECK
Confirm all mounting hardware is torqued, all wiring connections are secure and weather-sealed, then test the light bar before heading out on the trail.
