The OnX6+ was engineered to go wherever you push it, from weekend bush tracks to race proven competition at the Baja 1000. The mil-spec aluminium housing is built to absorb the punishment that serious off-roaders deliver, and exclusive MoistureBlock technology keeps the bar waterproof and dustproof even in the harshest conditions you can throw at it.
Where the OnX6+ separates itself is in its adaptability. Vertical beam adjustments can be made and locked in so you always have the best light pattern in front of the vehicle, regardless of mounting position. The 50-inch bar simultaneously illuminates lighting zones 1, 2, 3 and 4 while pushing into zone 5, giving you a wall of usable light across the full range.
Baja Designs' uService technology means you can customise your beam pattern or replace damaged lenses without voiding the warranty. CopperDrive ensures every LED is driven at 100 percent for consistent, maximum output, while the 5000K daylight colour temperature reduces driver fatigue on those long night runs.

CHOOSE YOUR MOUNT POSITION
Select a mounting location on the roof rack, bull bar or bumper. The included brackets suit a wide range of applications and orientations.
SECURE THE BAR
Bolt the OnX6+ in place using the supplied mounting brackets, then use the vertical adjustment to dial in your preferred beam angle and lock it off.
CONNECT THE WIRING HARNESS
Purchase the correct harness separately (part 640119 for 30 to 50 inch bars) and wire through to your switch or existing auxiliary circuit following the included instructions.
ADJUST AND VERIFY
Power up the bar and confirm beam alignment. Re-adjust the vertical tilt if needed to put the light exactly where you want it before final tightening.
