The OnX6+ wasn't designed around a spec sheet. It was developed on race courses and refined on tracks like the Baja 1000, where lighting failure is simply not an option. The result is a light bar that pushes illumination deep into zones 1, 2, 3 and 4 simultaneously while reaching into zone 5, giving drivers a wide, layered field of vision no matter the speed or conditions.
The 40-inch bar pairs a Driver beam with a Combo output for flexible, long-range coverage. Trademarked high-speed spot reflectors focus the light precisely where it is needed, while vertical adjustment and lock allow the beam pattern to be dialled in perfectly regardless of mounting position.
Every OnX6+ is built with MoistureBlock sealing, a mil-spec aluminium housing, and CopperDrive technology that runs each LED at 100 percent capacity. The 5000K daylight colour temperature reduces driver fatigue on long night runs and renders terrain in natural colour. uService technology means lenses and optics can be swapped out in the field without voiding the Lifetime Limited Warranty.

Trademarked high-speed spot reflectors concentrate light exactly where it counts, covering zones 1 through 4 and reaching into zone 5 for maximum trail visibility.
MOISTUREBLOCK
Baja Designs' exclusive sealing system keeps the bar waterproof, rainproof and submersible, so wet crossings and mud stages won't compromise performance.
COPPERDRIVE
Every LED is driven at 100 percent capacity via CopperDrive technology, ensuring consistent, full-intensity output across the entire bar at all times.
Installation overview.
MOUNT THE BAR
Attach the included mounting brackets to your bull bar, roof rack or A-pillar mounts. The bracket design suits most common mounting locations and orientations.
ADJUST THE BEAM
With the bar loosely mounted, aim the vertical angle for your ideal light zone coverage, then lock the adjustment to hold the beam pattern in position.
CONNECT THE HARNESS
Wire up using the Baja Designs OnX6+ wiring harness (part 640119, sold separately). MoistureBlock connectors ensure the junction stays sealed once plugged in.
