Installation overview.
SELECT YOUR HARNESS
Order wiring harness part 640119, designed specifically for OnX6+ bars in the 30-50 inch range. Do not use the 10-20 inch harness (640115) with this bar.
MOUNT THE BRACKETS
Attach the included mounting brackets to your chosen location. The bar suits most standard roof, bumper and bull bar mounting points.
SET BEAM ANGLE
Use the vertical adjustment feature to position the beam where you need it, then lock it in place before securing all fasteners fully.
CONNECT AND TEST
Wire up using the 640119 harness, confirm all connections are sealed and test the bar before heading out.
