Lenses and optics are fully replaceable in the field without voiding the warranty. Swap beam patterns or replace damaged lenses and keep the bar in service.

Installation overview.
SELECT HARNESS
Order wiring harness part number 640119, which covers all OnX6+ bars in the 30 to 50 inch range. The harness is not included with the light bar.
CHOOSE MOUNT POSITION
Determine your mounting location, whether roof rack, bull bar, A-pillar or bumper. The included brackets are compatible with most common mounting setups.
ADJUST BEAM ANGLE
Before final tightening, adjust the vertical beam angle to suit your mount height and intended use, then lock it in place with the provided hardware.
CONNECT AND TEST
Route and connect the wiring harness per the included instructions, then test the light bar before heading out to confirm aim and output.
