The OnX6+ was not designed for compromise. The 30-inch bar illuminates lighting zones 1, 2, 3 and 4 simultaneously while pushing into zone 5, delivering a wide, deep wall of light that genuinely transforms night driving on dirt.
Vertical beam adjustment can be made and locked in regardless of mounting position, so you get the optimal pattern in front of the vehicle no matter where the bar is fitted. MoistureBlock technology keeps the internals waterproof and dustproof in the harshest conditions, and the mil-spec aluminium housing is built to absorb the punishment that serious off-road use demands.
CopperDrive ensures every LED is driven at 100 percent, and the 5000K daylight colour temperature reduces driver fatigue on long stints. With uService technology, you can swap lenses and optics in the field without voiding the Lifetime Limited Warranty, giving you genuine long-term flexibility and value.

Installation overview.
CHOOSE YOUR MOUNT POSITION
Select a solid mounting point such as a bull bar, roof rack or bumper. The OnX6+ brackets suit a wide range of applications and tube diameters.
SET THE VERTICAL BEAM ANGLE
Once the bar is loosely positioned, adjust the vertical angle to direct the beam pattern where you need it, then lock the mounting hardware down firmly.
CONNECT THE WIRING HARNESS
Run the separately purchased Baja Designs harness (part 640119 for 30 to 50 inch bars) to a switched 12V source. Route cabling away from heat sources and secure with appropriate clips.
TEST AND FINE-TUNE
Power the bar on and check the beam pattern on a flat surface or wall. Adjust vertical aim if needed before finalising all fasteners.
