More light, more trail.
Baja Designs built the XL80 as a direct step up from the XL Pro. Next-generation LEDs pull 18% greater distance and more intensity out of the same pod size. You get the near field and the horizon lit at once.
On mixed terrain the driving combo lens does the heavy lifting. It blends spot and driving optics into one output, covering lighting zones 1 and 2 for close-in obstacles while still reaching into zone 3 for high-speed trail work. The clear 5,000 K lens sits close to daylight, so you're less worn out after a long night run.
Every kit carries a 20% dimming option for when full power is more than you need, plus a complete wiring harness so you're not chasing parts. The pair is backed by a limited lifetime warranty and a 30-day money-back guarantee.
Built for the long haul.
9,022 RAW LUMENS
Each pod pushes 9,022 raw lumens, with an ELS reach of 392 ft in driving combo mode. You'll pick up hazards well before they're a problem.
HIGH-SPEED REFLECTORS
Baja Designs' trademarked high-speed spot reflectors shape a beam that's longer and wider than a conventional reflector. That's broader coverage at speed.
DRIVING COMBO PATTERN
The driving combo optic merges spot and driving output into one smooth beam. Near-field zones 1 and 2 and long-distance zone 3, out of a single light.
Installation overview.
CHOOSE YOUR MOUNT LOCATION
Pick a solid point on your bull bar, roof rack, A-pillar or bumper. The pods need a clear light path in the direction you want.
FIT THE HARDWARE
Secure both pods with the included mounting hardware. Set the aim angle before you fully tighten, so you can fine-tune beam height without a fight.
CONNECT THE HARNESS
Run the included wiring harness to your power source, following the supplied instructions. It's pre-wired for both pods, so the install stays tidy.
TEST AND ADJUST
Power up and check your beam alignment. Make the last aim adjustments, confirm the 20% dimming function if you're using it, then lock everything down.
