Most light bars lock you into a fixed shape and a fixed beam. The XL Linkable is different. Each light sits in Baja Designs' proven XL Sport shallow moto housing and you can adjust it independently on the horizontal axis, so you can run the bar dead straight across a bull bar or follow the curve of a roofline. Each light also pitches up to 45 degrees vertically on its own, or you can tilt the whole assembly at once.
The optical system blends wide cornering, driving combo and spot lenses to flood zones 1, 2, 3 and 4 at the same time, giving you an even spread of 5,000K daylight-balanced output that cuts driver fatigue on long outback runs. CopperDrive technology runs the LEDs at 100 per cent capacity safely, while MoistureBlock sealing keeps the internals waterproof and submersible.
Wiring arrives fully crimped and trimmed so installation is straightforward, and you can add extra links later as your needs grow. Black rock guards are included to protect the lights when the bar's not in use, and replaceable lenses and optics through Baja Designs' uService programme mean you can keep this bar in peak condition for years.

45° VERTICAL PITCH
Adjust the vertical angle of each light on its own or the whole bar as one unit, so you can dial in the exact throw you need for the terrain ahead.
INDEPENDENT HORIZONTAL ADJUSTMENT
Each light moves independently on the horizontal axis, so you can set a straight line or an arc that follows your bumper or roofline.
MULTI-ZONE OPTICS
Wide cornering, driving combo and spot lenses work together to light up zones 1 through 4 at the same time, giving you a smooth, even blend of light across the road.

SOURCE YOUR BRACKETS
Buy the applicable XL Linkable mounting brackets (part 748000) separately before you start the install. These aren't included in the kit.
MOUNT AND POSITION
Attach the brackets to your chosen mounting location, then fit the XL Linkable housings. Use the independent horizontal adjustment to set a straight or arc layout that suits your vehicle's lines.
SET VERTICAL PITCH
Adjust the vertical pitch of each light on its own, or lock them together and set the whole bar at once, to get the beam angle you need.
CONNECT THE HARNESS
The included harness (640115) arrives pre-crimped and pre-trimmed. Route and connect it following Baja Designs' instructions, keeping wiring clear of heat and moving parts.
FIT ROCK GUARDS
Clip the included black rock guards over each light when the bar's not in use to protect the lenses from stone damage.
