Rear Ladder
250 Series LandCruiser Prado
You can get to the roof of a loaded Prado without climbing the tyre. The ladder bolts to the tailgate and carries a reversing light, a recovery board and a flag pole, and the tailgate still swings through its full travel.

Roof access that carries its weight.
Every 250 Series build ends up with gear on the roof, and every one of them ends up with someone standing on a tyre to reach it. This ladder gives you a step, and then does three more jobs while it is up there.
The reversing light mount sits at the top, where the light does the most good when you are backing a loaded Prado into camp after dark. The recovery board sits on a quick-release bracket, clear of the step. The flag pole holder takes your convoy flag and a radio antenna on the same mount.
One ladder. Four jobs.
REVERSING LIGHT MOUNT
A bracket at the top of the ladder takes an auxiliary reversing light, which is where you want it when you are reversing a loaded Prado at night.
QUICK-RELEASE RECOVERY BOARD
The board comes off in one movement when you need it, and mounts clear of the step area so it never blocks your footing. The crossbar has an anti-slip grip strip.
FLAG POLE AND ANTENNA
The flag pole holder carries a built-in radio antenna bracket. Fully loaded, the kit still clears the tailgate's full open and close travel.

PREPARE THE VEHICLE
Inspect the mounting points, remove the trim the kit needs out of the way, and check the supplied hardware against the parts list before you start.
TEST FIT
Offer the part up, check your clearances and confirm alignment before anything is torqued down.
SECURE THE HARDWARE
Fit the supplied hardware to specification, then recheck torque after the first few trips.
