You get dedicated 3-Door and 5-Door options, so the kit fits your exact body configuration with nothing cut or modified. Refresh a worn original system or upgrade for better flow, either way you get a clean, correct-fit kit from the outset.

SELECT YOUR VARIANT
Confirm whether your Jimny is the 3-Door or 5-Door body style and make sure you have the correct kit before you start.
REMOVE OLD EXHAUST
Let the vehicle cool fully, then safely raise and support the Jimny. Remove the existing exhaust system and note the mounting hanger locations.
FIT NEW KIT
Align the Urnieta exhaust kit to the factory mounting points, work from front to rear, and torque all fasteners to the manufacturer's specification.
CHECK FOR LEAKS
Start the engine and check all joints and connections for exhaust leaks before you put the vehicle back into normal use.
