Design Notes

Light where you actually need it.

A flat-mount aux pod wastes output when it's fitted to an angled surface on a trailer, drawer or side panel. The Squadron Pro fixes that with a purpose-built 25-degree angled housing, so the light goes exactly where your work area is, not off into the sky.

Inside the compact shell, Baja Designs' CopperDrive technology drives every LED at 100 per cent power, and MoistureBlock construction keeps water out in rain, mud and submersion. You get a work light that performs as hard as the conditions demand.

Installation is straightforward. Drill three small holes in a flat surface to flush-mount the pod, and all the hardware you need is in the box. A wiring harness is sold separately: part number 640117, the Squadron 2-Light Max Wiring Harness 150W.

Installation overview.

You can fit the Squadron Pro Angle Mount to any flat surface, so it suits trailers and vehicles alike.
Flush mount to any flat surface. All hardware included. Wiring harness sold separately (part 640117).

MARK AND DRILL

Mark three small hole positions on your chosen flat surface using the supplied template or the mount as a guide, then drill.

FIT THE MOUNT

Secure the angled flush mount to the surface with the included hardware. The 25-degree angle points the beam squarely onto your work area.

CONNECT WIRING

Wire the pod using a compatible harness (Baja Designs part 640117, Squadron 2-Light Max Wiring Harness 150W, sold separately). Follow the harness instructions for a clean, protected connection.
