Versatile light, anywhere you need it.
Baja Designs built this dome light to go where you need it, not where your vehicle's factory wiring says you can. Run a 12-volt feed to any mounting point and you've got a working light, whether that's inside a canopy, under a bonnet, in a wheel arch or clipped to a camp awning frame.
The amber LED output and wide 180-degree optic spread light smoothly across a surface without the harsh hotspot of a traditional globe. The integrated switch means you're not hunting for a separate isolator. The waterproof rating keeps moisture and dust from cutting the life short, even in exposed locations.
Note: this light can get very hot during extended use. Leave clearance around the unit for ventilation and take care when touching it after it's been running a while.
Built for real-world use.
WATERPROOF HOUSING
Sealed construction shrugs off rain, mud and hose-downs, so it's a reliable choice for exposed mounting positions like engine bays and wheel wells.
180° OPTIC
A wide-angle optic floods a broad area with smooth, even amber light. No dark spots, less eye strain in enclosed spaces.
INTEGRATED SWITCH
The on-board switch lets you control the light right at the fitting. No relay, no separate toggle panel and no extra wiring runs.
Installation overview.
CHOOSE YOUR LOCATION
Pick a mounting surface: cab headliner, engine bay panel, wheel well or canopy interior. Make sure there's clearance for heat and that the surface can take a small fastener.
RUN YOUR 12 V FEED
Route a fused 12-volt positive and earth wire to the mounting location. Keep wiring clear of sharp edges and hot surfaces.
MOUNT AND CONNECT
Fasten the light to the surface, connect the wiring to the terminals and test the integrated switch before you finish off the cable management.
