The factory lower HVAC trim on the 70 Series was never meant to carry airbag suspension controls, auxiliary switches or pressure gauges. Bolt them to bare metal or zip-tie them under the dash and it looks exactly like that. This panel takes the trim's place and sits flush, so your controls look factory.
It's injection-moulded ABS, not 3D-printed, so the finish stays consistent and UV stable through the heat cycles and vibration of regular off-road use. The layout is set up for Airbag Man suspension components, and the open mounting positions take switches, USB ports, blanks and gauges from a wide range of brands.
Switches, blanks, gauges and paddles are sold separately, so you only pay for what your build needs.

INJECTION-MOULDED ABS
Made on a production injection-mould tool, not a desktop 3D printer. You get consistent wall thickness, a smooth surface and long-term UV and heat resistance inside the cabin.
OEM REPLACEMENT FIT

AIRBAG-READY LAYOUT

REMOVE FACTORY TRIM
Take out any retaining fasteners with a 10mm socket. Then release the clips holding the OEM lower HVAC trim panel with a flathead screwdriver and set the factory panel aside.
SEAT THE PVS PANEL
Line the new switch panel up with the factory mounting points, then press firmly until every clip engages. It should sit flush with the surrounding dash trim, no visible gaps.
FIT YOUR COMPONENTS
Drop your airbag paddles, pressure gauges, switches or blanks into the cutouts. Route and connect the wiring your components need. If you're running non-standard accessories, make any modifications at this stage.
